
The leadership of the Osapa London Youth Organization (OLYO) unveiled a major community development initiative, the “100 Participants Monthly Environmental Sanitation Project”, and proudly conferred the Patronship Award on a distinguished community leader, Amb. Dr. Prince Kazeem Austin Eletu-Odibo.
The ceremony was led by OLYO’s Vice President, Comrade (Barrister) Umar Adamu, who represented the President, Rilwan Muritala Eletu-Odibo. In his keynote address, Barr. Adamu emphasized the significance of the sanitation initiative as a vital step toward promoting a cleaner, healthier environment in Osapa London. He also acknowledged the dedication of the organization’s executive members in driving youth-centered community engagement.
Responding with heartfelt appreciation, Prince Kazeem Austin Eletu-Odibo lauded the youths for their initiative and urged all community members, particularly those involved in unlawful or harmful activities, to embrace positive change and contribute meaningfully to community development.
Demonstrating his unwavering support, Prince Kazeem generously pledged the donation of a compactor truck and committed additional financial support to ensure the successful launch and sustainability of the sanitation project.
This event marks a significant milestone in OLYO’s mission to empower youths and foster a cleaner, more responsible community.
